Will Jackie Earle Haley be able to fill Robert Englund's shoes?
V dropped some poster art and a trailer for us below. The trailer shows that the plot is a remake in the true sense of the word. Freddy looks very true to the original icon. But when I heard his voice, I was like "wait a minute" here. I guess I didnt realize how much these type of things will affect the fans. Hearing the voice was the only turn-off I experenced. And the make-up looked a lot better on the poster.
Jackie Earle Haley was an excellent selection to take over the role, I just hope he can pull off that demonic sarcasm that Englund was famous for. I guess it'll take a bit to get used to, if the movie is as good as it seems.
And the thing that baffles me is that Englund is still very active and still sits in the prosthetic chair. So I wonder why he hung his fedora up. Im sure it was the asshole producers who didnt want to spend the extra dough.

In April we'll all see how Jackie Earle Haley will do as Freddy. He's a great actor. The only problem is that I'm still not use to his height. Englund is about 5' 9'' and Haley is 5' 5''.

what i got from the trailer was its like the friday the 13th remake. they took the best parts of NOES 1,2 and 3 and gave freddy a rebirth back into the world of evil.
when i first saw the trailer ( when i went to see legion.... yeah i had to tell you again that i saw it!!) i said out loud "what no robert englund" I had four people shout back "yeah whats up with that shit" so its gonna be a hard road for the newcomer, but i am going to give it a chance before i pass judgement

Been Awhile, BUt I'm still Alive
Greetings Everyone, Well it's been awhile. As things go, life carries us all in different directions from time to time but you always find your way home sooner or later. Well, life ain't all fun and games, but right now, things are going good. I have restarted my writing on my book again, and as I learn more about about some of the ROle-playing games I have gotten into, I am seriously thinking about rying to create an actual Zombie Survival Role-playing game.
