Wicked Zombies

YOU ONLY LIVE ONCE...MAYBE TWICE!

Here are my choices in no particular order:
May
The Mist
The Descent(Original Version)
Inside
Martyrs
28 Weeks Later
Dawn of the Dead (2004)
REC
Let The Right One In
The Devil's Rejects

28 Days Later would've been on this list if it wasn't for the terribly out-of-place feel good ending. Danny Boyle should've kept the original dark ending which was far more powerful and memorable. And Shaun of the Dead would've ranked but it's not a full blown horror movie. It certainly ranks high on my general list of best films of the OO's.

Let's hope that this new decade brings us an astonishing amount of great horror films.

I have Feast 2 but not the third one. Part 2 lived up and was good but you know nothings as good as the first. I cant wait for Descent 2. I met Jason Mews in Jersey. He is totally wacked. Wanna hear a true story? I was talking to his personal "assisstant", whos name was Sir Kook(I actually still have his business card) and he said he was looking for Vicodin for Jason. My girl said she had a few Percs she could spare for the cause but he said J only wants Vics. So we were like "OK sorry." Then he tells us that J wont come out of his room unless he gets Vics and rock. So he's got this flake kid running around a New Jersey konvention trying to find this guy crack while he has a line of fans already forming at his table. True life. I hope I have not tarnished J's good reputation but I felt the tale was too funny to keep to myself. You really gotta see the business card this dude gave me.
Naw, he killed his reputation when he let that film crew follow him around on a massive heroin binge. He OD and was puking everywhere in the street. Kevin Smith rolls in with his money and has them seal up the video and the documentary was never fully released as far as I know, but the damage was done by then. I believe it was HBO. He seemed soberish in Dallas I guess. I don't think I was sober so who am I to whine. I certainly wasn't on crack though. He is still a funny mofo tho. Hope he doesn't die. He was the best part of every Smith movie made easily to me.

"What the fuck are you bitches babbling about!" My favorite J line.
I actually don't find that very surprising. Pretty hilarious though! He's so nuts and off the wall. Scat met him too and has some stories about it. I don't think any of them involve drugs though. lol...ETA, oh duh, he's already talked about that. Whoops.
Awesome, nothing like a good, "I smoked a J with a celebrity" story. lol I always wish we were ballzy enough to try. haha
When I met him I told him not to personalize my autograph. So he says "do you want me to write anythig?" So I told him write whatever you want. It was a 8x10 from Feast, right before he gets his face ripped off. And he's kinda sticking his face out in the photo. So he writes :
J Mew
I EAT ASS!
He is fuckin funny, man. Even for the five minutes he was in the movie Feast his performance was memorable.
I will
Your conversation says it was posted 2 days after this one...?
Anyone ever see the Convent(from 2000) with Adrienne Barbeau as a kick ass biker bitch, demon slayer from hell? It rocked. Its like Evil Dead meets Night of the Demons...on LSD. I dug it very so.

Been Awhile, BUt I'm still Alive

Greetings Everyone,    Well it's been awhile. As things go, life carries us all in different directions from time to time but you always find your way home sooner or later. Well, life ain't all fun and games, but right now, things are going good. I have restarted my writing on my book again, and as I learn more about about some of the ROle-playing games I have gotten into, I am seriously thinking about rying to create an actual Zombie Survival Role-playing game. But have not set any time…
