YOU ONLY LIVE ONCE...MAYBE TWICE!

wow, I just read a top ten list of countries with billionaires, Russia, Germany, Switzerland, etc. China was number 2 with 72 (with a population of 1,331,460,00)...the U.S was number 1 with 396 (population 307,006,550) wow...so we have 324 more billionaires than the next highest country, but our economy is one of the worse? I don't think our government is as nefarious as people hope it is. I think if you wanna make that kind of money you put your nose to the grindstone and do it and stop criticising people who have and profit from it. To me, running a country this large takes a certain level of higher intelligence and population control because imagine tryna move the nation forward with 300 million different opinions and complaints and backgrounds etc. etc. It would be chaotic. And if people are tired of being poor maybe they should do more stuff on their own and generate ideas and put the effort into those ideas and it wouldn't be, poor people depending on government fumes to survive. it would be poor people striving for better and it eventually paying off. Everyone needs helps but c'mon. If someone tried to help people on the lower rung they would slap it away until they felt justified living the way they do. Poor people don't want the responsibility that comes with having money.

Im not so much complaining about the billionaires themsleves, some have legitimitely worked hard and did the damn thing and earned it, others (most) not so much, alot of that money is made from ill gains at the expense of those less fortunate. Major drug comapines overcharge average citizens outrageously for medications that they need (or are led to believe they need) while profiting in the billions each year. REally, you cant sacrifice a half a billion in profits for the sake of actually helping people? Many of the ways the taxes are set up favor the super rich.

Now, when you look at the level of extremes, 396 billionaires, the next highest is 72, while on the other end of the scale...well for example, I live in the poorest city in America (yes, officially) Reading, PA with a poverty level of 42%, 42% of people in my city are poor...the balance of money and power is unfair...thats my point...our school just cut 170 teachers and the entire pre-k because it cant afford it. If these billionaires would lend a fuckin hand throughout this country, things might turn around...

Ooooooh! I see.

You're saying as opposed to billionares taking from people who don't have and are already losing they should be doing more to help out. They can afford to help.

You know, I totally agree with you. People who have a lot should help those who don't and take a more active role in teaching poor people how to do for themselves. I'm not a billionaire yet but I totally think Harvard should have daycares and high schools in low income areas. It's not the end of the world to develop morals and compassion.

i always felt the billionaires should pay as much taxes as we the working class do. and when it comes to companies like Honda and other Japanese companies. the worst thing our gooberment ever did was let the Japanese set up shops here in the USA with agreements like not paying taxes on their profits for 20 and 30 years. if they taxed the rich equally and collected all these back taxes from Japanese companies. the state and federal gooberment would not be in the shape it is in now. and this country would not have been knocked down to #2 in the world wide credit rating and border line bankruptcy.

They wont be happy till the middle class is completely gone..and its almost there from what I have been seeing lately

exactly. the middle class is dwindling and the poor are increasing in numbers the way things are now. there is revolutionary war in the air brothers and sisters. i'm telling ya straight up and honestly. its so damn thick you can cut it with a knife in the circles i run in.

true. but the resentment in the air in my neck of the woods among the few that have seen and have shorter fuses then me are venting every day. its so thick in the air that its like breathing methane fumes. one spark and instant shit storm. between that and the idiot sheep i encounter day by day. i keep asking myself one thing. why i am not on the next plane to Istanbul??? my reason for this is in the FREEDOM post you made.

perfect example, Exxon corp. set up their "headquarters" in some country in Spain, its a little one room office building...why? So they could be exempt from paying american taxes...meanwhile they rake in over a billion dollars profit each year...

Greetings Everyone,    Well it's been awhile. As things go, life carries us all in different directions from time to time but you always find your way home sooner or later. Well, life ain't all fun and games, but right now, things are going good. I have restarted my writing on my book again, and as I learn more about about some of the ROle-playing games I have gotten into, I am seriously thinking about rying to create an actual Zombie Survival Role-playing game. But have not set any time…
