its like i said before. if they can talk and choose for themselves, let it be their choice. it is their life after all. if they choose to fight on till the last then so be it. shoot them in the head when they turn. if they cant talk or are dead already, then decide for them and shoot them in the head. but always TRY to bring the fallen komrad back home for the heros burial they rightly deserve.

I would shot my Komrad in the head and if I had time and means I would bring them home for a proper burial

If my komrad was in the process of being eaten, I would shoot them in the head and spare them the agony. That's that.
