Are There Any Serious Zombies Left?
I recently saw a few zombie movies on cable that I hadnt seen previously. They were: I sell the Dead, the Mad and Undead Alive. They were all entertaining, but very humorous. Im just getting sick of the whole zomedy, zombie-comedy aspect. They have been milking this shit for YEARS. They will never be as funny as say, Return of the Living Dead. And yes, Shaun of the Dead was good but it was six years ago.
We need our zombies to be scary again! Thats why films like REC are so important. I was curious how other fans felt on the issue. Are you guys just happy that zombies are all over the place? Or do you want something more?

i feel that the zombie movies of today seem to lack something that the older films had in their day. i admit i liked films like ZOMBIELAND and SURVIVAL OF THE DEAD. but the whole "funny zombie" thing is in my opinion just a slap in the face of the greats like GEORGE A. ROMREO and LUCIO FULCI. we need a serious zombie film to bring things back to life again so to speak. this is why i got such high hopes for an up and coming zombie movie called "EATERS". if this film rocks like its teaser trailer does, then there will be finally a movie that fits the bill that i desire so much.

DEAD AND DEADER was a good Zombie Comedy.
After he's bitten by a beetle carrying a zombie virus, a tough soldier survives the infection, becoming only half zombie. Once back in the US, he finds himself fighting his former comrades in arms, all of whom are turning into zombies

It makes me sick at how zombies have become the new fade, its cool more people are into zombies but the fact that they have no knowledge of the classic zombie and only care about the ha ha zombie just makes me want to hurl.
Next thing you know there's gonna be a zombie sit com on NBC called fiends.
When Z-Day comes those who have no true knowledge of zombies well be the best cannon fodder

Been Awhile, BUt I'm still Alive
Greetings Everyone, Well it's been awhile. As things go, life carries us all in different directions from time to time but you always find your way home sooner or later. Well, life ain't all fun and games, but right now, things are going good.
