The way the modern molle vest is is made you can carry anything from your hand grenades to your i-pod. You can balance the vest out and place pouches anywhere on the vest depending on preference of the user.

the vest you show here is much like the one i sell above in THE ALAMO TRADING POST for $60. they are very customizable and can hold a great deal as a result. my vest has a ammo pouch that holds some rounds of shotshells for the shotgun as well as the mags for my AK47 and mags for my model 59 Smith & Wesson held in the included shoulder holster. the 2 dropleg platforms i put on the belt hold my Springfield Armory XD9 on the right side and 3extra mags on the left side. i also sell one of these for the guy who is a bit on the husky side as well. on the back of my vest i have a large pouch that will hold a med kit and other supplies i need around the shoulder and a hydration bladder pouch. these vests are a soldiers dream.

Personally, I would not get a bulky full body vest. It'll just slow me down. I'd prefer something lighter.

unlike most the vests you guys show i have a plate carrier which i have riged to carrie verrious types ammo load outs, my 38spl double actoin revolver (and 40 rounds) a cammel bak, a flare gun, my police baton, a mdical kit (which has a pain relifers, bandages, sugical tape, Quick clot, liquid bandage, waterproof tape, 4 sets of hemostates, surgical scissors, a tourniquet, alchole wipes, a hancercheif, and 50 waterproof bandages) a map, and depening on how much a Jugger-naut we need i will carrie heavier armor

scince some of my post got lost i also carrie two knives ones a combat legdrop and the other is a Ak banet, i carrie a ammo/ gernade pouch, a mag/brass drop, and as my first gun i use either my savage 12 gauge mecanical semi auto shotgun or my 7.62mm sks, as my second i have my six shot Rugger GP100 .357 double actoin revolver with two speed loaders, and as my backup i carrie my .38 spl double actoin revolver, i also somtimes carrie my Arabian baynet with a 18.5 inch blade made of hardend steel
