Wicked Zombies

YOU ONLY LIVE ONCE...MAYBE TWICE!

Ok, so we got the items and weapons to be ready for zombies but do we are fit enough for them? we don't know if we are going to face running zombies or slow zombies. What good work outs would be great to fight off zombies. Also what part of the body work out more? one last thing there is more then just running, you are not going to running all the time. Fight for once.

Cardio work to build up stamina, but also upper body strength will be a must. When you run out of bullets you're going to need to smash a lot of skulls.
sounds like someone has been watching ZOMBIELAND. lol.
I did see it...haha.
But the upper body thing I was reconing that with all the bat swinging you'd need to excersise your upper body, much like a baseball player probably would or a whitewater rafter.Gonna need the upper body strength there will be a lotta skulls to crack!
lol i was thinking of that one when i make this lol... but if you think about, you have to be fit to lift stuff and ran.
Spartacus Workout, look it up. I did in with my college buddies, 2 of us threw up, and the other 2 almost collapsed. However we are all stronger and faster now that we have done it.
that would be great but if you are a fit persons already, but what about the noivce people? those that doesn't work out often? but that is a good work out and i also heard that P90x is also good.
I know some one who dose the P90x work out, and according to him it's a great work out. The catch is, that it's designed to go along with a diet plan, and the supliments are rather expensive. I'd ask him how much, but he's sleeping atm and I didn't pay attention when he bought it. I have watched him do the work outs, and have done a few myself, they are pretty intense, but seem to work quite well.
yea the work out does work, but the suppliments also gives you the boot. I know alot of guys who work out and use tons of suppliments to get bluk or lean or just rip.... and the diet really helps alot....
Thanks casedoser
4 Week Spartacus Workout Challenge
This cutting-edge circuit routine will strip away fat and define each muscle in your body

The Spartacus workout is 10 exercises that collectively work every part of your body, and then placed at a 60-second station, in order to challenge your heart and lungs as well as your muscles. The final product: A high-intensity circuit that’s designed to burn away fat, define your chest, abs, and arms, and send your fitness levels soaring. So you’ll sculpt a lean, athletic-looking body—while getting in the best shape of your life.

You will perform the Spartacus Workout as a circuit, doing one set of each exercise in succession. Each exercise is timed for 60 seconds. You will do as many reps as you can, in that duration (with perfect form), then move on to the next station in the circuit. Lucky for you, you’ll get 15 seconds to transition between stations, and then move onto the next exercise.

After you complete all 10 exercises or one circuit in succession you will rest for 2 minutes. Then repeat 1 to 2 more times. That is what is called a 60-15 Interval workout (60 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds of rest). Total workout takes 41 minutes.

You would need to keep your chest and shoulders built up. Bench pressing, or push-ups, uses the same muscles you would need to shove someone off of you. The more you can bench, the further you can push someone back, or to the ground with greater ease. Legs are also very important. They are the human body's foundation. Strong legs go a long way. All your power comes from your legs. The main objective is to keep them away. People with big biceps usually tend to use headlocks in fights, when too close to punch. This is totally useless against the undead. A zombie would just love for you to put him in a headlock. Punching in itself is dangerous because your hand may get cut and you run the risk of being infected. Squats are a great exercise for the legs. Its builds incredible strength from calve to buttocks. I would go legs, chest and shoulders with a litlle bicep and tricep mixed in. And cardio is a must. When its 1 vs 50, you better be able to run atleast two miles. Time for me to quit smoking.

Been Awhile, BUt I'm still Alive

Greetings Everyone,    Well it's been awhile. As things go, life carries us all in different directions from time to time but you always find your way home sooner or later. Well, life ain't all fun and games, but right now, things are going good. I have restarted my writing on my book again, and as I learn more about about some of the ROle-playing games I have gotten into, I am seriously thinking about rying to create an actual Zombie Survival Role-playing game. But have not set any time…
