i also plan on attempting to do a small graphic novel type adaption i hope to preview by next fall.  there's also the possibility of some collaborative work in other mediums through some great artists and people that i have met over the last year.

for those of you that are not aware, this project originated as a horror FPS video game that i've been working on developing the past few years.  progress is slow on learning the skills i need and meeting the right people that are passionate about this project, but i continue creating detailed documentation of proposed mechanics, features and gameplay.  with any luck, i'll have a very scaled down demo available for testing before the end of winter 2015.

if you have any other suggestions, i'd love to hear them:)

now that winter's about here, it's high time i get back to work on this shit.  i'll be busting my ass on finishing 'Empires in Flames" but i'm already seeing a fuckton of storylines and subplots that are gonna need to be cut to make the book more streamlined, condensed and dynamic.

so instead of letting all that work go to waste, i plan on tweaking the narrative (from third to first) and providing that content exclusively to WZ.  i'm sure i'll come up with all new material as well.  it's my hope that both the journal and the book be independent of one another and stand on their own, but reading both would give a fuller, richer story.

i REALLY want to finish 'Empires in Flames' this winter so i can begin the second book in the Blue Skies Burning series, which is currently untitled.  this one will be where the fun really starts:)  

if you're enjoying my work so far, PLEASE comment and let me know along with any suggestions, complaints, criticisms, etc.  i can't make the story truly mindblowing unless i know what you guys think i'm doing right and what i'm doing wrong!
