shamblers lament

well we all survived bella's first birthday more or less ok,she loved the pressies we got her,the cake turned out ok and i only had 2 minor meltdowns...all in all,not the worst day.

we had a little anything-but-tea party(we hate tea,paul is a coffee addict and i prefer alcohol or a nice milkshake) then watched shrek forever after and the sorcerors apprentice,bella loved it.she got sang to a lot and we had fun

the money i was due didnt come yesterday,its coming today so its not so bad but it screwed one of the idea's i'd had planned.i've got sherbet fuelling me right now and i'm on pauls lappy cos mine sucks sometimes!

bella had a bit of toothache last night but we sorted that, i was up til 4am with her but exhaustion kicked in and so zooooooooooonk!

i'm feeling like a zombie whose been injected with red bull and sugar,thanks to the sherbet...btw its odd that americans dont get sherbet this is sherbet!

my monthly HC box of tasty chocolates arrived today,i'm looking forward to de-stressing with them

i've got 2 more boxes on the way,hopefully me the xmas one will get here in time cos if all else fails i can give it as a pressie

well the little monster is stirring...time to soothe the savage beast
