The CDC has announced a quarantine of the entire Greater Philadelphia Area. Youthie bracelet telemetry, eye witness reports, and aerial surveillance all indicate a fairly widespread outbreak of the undead in the downtown Philadelphia area. Numerous deaths and reanimations have also been reported. Pennsylvania state police and National Guard have set up road blocks on all routes in and out of the city in an effort to enforce the quarantine. Residents of Philadelphia are ordered to stay in their homes and defend their properties from any suspected zombies until further instructions are released.
