A truly GREAT Zombie film.

You know how some Vid boxes have the misleading title of "One of the Greatest Zombie Movies ever" and "Best Zombie movie of the year?" on em. So you grab one, run home and then (if your fortunate) don't want to kill everyone involved with it? Well, Breakfast at the Manchester Morgue, aka Let Sleeping Corpses Lie aka Don't Open the Window (the heavily edited US version) doens't lie. This, directed by Jorge Grau, and the first post-Night of the Living Dead zombie film from Europe, is certainly one of the best Zombie movies ever. It has a simple premise - a device meant to kill harmful bugs has a secondary (unknown) function - it brings the recent dead back to life. And yes, they are hungry. A photographer, a woman and a really nasty, facist cop all cross paths. I'd say more but if you haven't seen it - YOU HAVE TO. It belongs right on the shelf with NOTLD, the original DOTD, DAYOTD and Shaun of the Dead. It's that damn good!
