Seeing as how the penis is soft tissue and depending on how long the zombie was actual dead before becoming a zombie it would be more then likely that it ( the penis) had already fallen off. now if we are to think about a fresher zombie i.e. just biten then i think they would only strive to the complusion of sex if it was something they constantly did in their living life ( ref. original Day of the Dead and the flocking to the mall). Penetration would occur but the satisfaction of the act would be lost

I'll leave zombie hard-ons to the the experts, but I would like to mention one thing. If the contagion is spread through bites, it has to do with fluid exchange. I would imagine that porking a zom, might just make you a zom.

rigor mortis has nothing to do with blood, and the term zombie means living dead. where the brain might be dead the heart must still pump blood or theres no movement. greys anatomy was a book before it was a stupid tv show

I used basic knowledge of the male anatomy. If a man dies, he can't get an erection because the heart is not active, which can't pump blood through the body into the penis, resulting in him not being able to get blood to the penis and get an erection. Without that, a zombie will not be having sex.
