YOU ONLY LIVE ONCE...MAYBE TWICE!
When you spend time working on a zombie card game, you inevitably find yourself with "zombies on the brain" even in your free time. That's where this list comes from. These are movies of varying levels of quality that would benefit greatly if a Zombie Apocalypse occurred at some point during their run-time. Genre movies (horror, sci-fi, fantasy, super hero, etc) were not eligible for this list since they seemed to "muddy the waters" a bit too much. So, here they are, in no particular order:
10. The Breakfast Club: It has a great cast that would be interesting to watch interact as the zombie outbreak develops. It's location also works as the perfect setup for the whole "keep the zombies out" scenario. The potential zombified play on words regarding the title is a definite plus as well.
9. Die Hard: See pretty much everything said for number 10.
8. National Lampoons Christmas Vacation: This movie is already hilarious, can you imagine how great it would get if a bunch of zombies showed up. They couldn't even handle that one squirrel, what are they going to do with the undead. I'm pretty sure Eddie would have some ideas.
7. Dirty Dancing: Not one of my favorites, but a bunch of zombies could easily change my mind. "Nobody eats Baby in a corner."
6. BraveHeart: Period film, check. Armies assaulting each other with sharp and bludgeoning weapons, check. A horde of the hungry dead with Mel Gibson screaming "Brains!!" instead of "Freedom!!!", check yeah!
5. Grease: I personally prefer the second one, but I can't deny the potential awesomeness of a Zombie John Travolta dancing around and belting out some cheesy 50's era songs in Zombie.
4. Superbad: I only include this one because I think those two doofus cops would be pretty entertaining fighting the undead. I can't remember, did the fat kid ever draw a zombie penis?
3. Wall E: I know, it's sort of a genre film. But I would love to see what Pixar could do with animating the re-animated. Also, the whole not so subtle jab at consumerism would go to a whole new level with the consumers becoming the consumed. Romero would be proud.
2. Alive: Turnabout's fair play, bitches!
1. The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly: This movie is already a true classic. It really doesn't need anything to make it better than it already is. That being said, the final scene with the three of them in the cemetery when they're getting ready to draw on each other and that music's playing. Holy shit, if a bunch of zombies started coming out of the ground right then, I think my head would explode.

Greetings Everyone, Well it's been awhile. As things go, life carries us all in different directions from time to time but you always find your way home sooner or later. Well, life ain't all fun and games, but right now, things are going good. I have restarted my writing on my book again, and as I learn more about about some of the ROle-playing games I have gotten into, I am seriously thinking about rying to create an actual Zombie Survival Role-playing game. But have not set any time…
