My Opinion Of How/When And/Or What "Z-Day" Will Be...: Well, I'm hoping that Z-Day will have the slow moving, shuffling zombie types as I do not want to have to run as fast as I can for the rest of my life. They should also not be smart enough to open doors, drive cars or problem-solve. I'll have enough to do with just surviving without electricity, never mind having to deal with a bunch of smart zombies.
In The First Hours Of "Z-Day" I Would Go...: to the shed to get a temporary weapon, then drive to the police station to get some guns and ammo. Then to the grocery store to stock up. And Home depot to get plywood and a nice nail gun and lots of shiny nails.
My Ideal Weapon(s) To Use During "Z-Day"...: a gun if I had one and I knew how to shoot it. something not too heavy to have to swing down repeatedly and make my arm tired.
Other Than Zombies I Would Have To Worry About...: looters, of course. and the creepy folks like in Mad Max and The Road who hunt down people to kill and take their resources. and making sure my family is with me.
