I dig this book also. I remember enjoying several of these stories a lot, but without going to the bookshelf and flipping through it again I think I like the Benjamin Franklin story the best. I remember Joe Mckiney's story being good also, but i can't remember why right now.

I read History Is Dead A Zombie Anthonogy by Kim Parrenroth when it was available on Permuted press. My favorite story in the book is The Cure For All Ills by Linda L. Donahue on page 107. Dr. Henry Mortimer has a amazing Cure for the plague.

So I preordered The Rookie by Scott Sigler months ago and forgot about it, yesterday it shows up and it is a nice size book and I have it in line to be read, but the problem is Sigler is coming to my town in a few weeks on a book tour and I feel like I really need to have read the damn thing before he comes here. He is one of my favorite authors, but this not a horror story so I am disappointed. I plan well in dvance what I am gonna read next and this has me all screwed up. I know that all sounds stupid. I guess I will buckle down and read it out of order for the Future Dark Overlord that is Pope Sigler. Check out his site though it rules. I have been meaning to post links to all the badass horror authors in this group, I just haven't done it yet obviously. So many damn good zombie books out and coming out soon you guys.

Been reading this book called Afraid by Jack Kilborn. It is about this town where some brainwashed sick ass hell military specialists crash and are dropped into this American town and they start torchering and killing everybody as they would in a small third world country village as ordered by the United States. They are truly psycho and if these types of soldiers are real, we are fucked! Not even the women and children are surviving this situation. Cant give anymore away in case you are planning reading this book. There are no zombies by the way.

I have been reading "Dusk" by Tim Lebbon and it isincredible. It considered Fantasy for adults, and that is exactly what it is. No other way to describe it. Lebbon is one of the greatest authors alive! I think there 4 or 5 more books in the series. I have at least the next 3 so i am set for a bit. In between I am gonna start "Afraid" by Jack Kilborn, it is supposed to be pretty nuts. I will let you know.

Here is edit Scribd is unedited but story line stays the same just making the story read better and fixing errors.
