I just started reading State of Decay, by James Knapp. Its a weird kinda zombie novel. It takes place in the future, where the dead are brought back technologically to fight in wars. If you sign your body over after death you get better benefits in life from the government. There is also a problem in the black market with "pleasure models" being sold as sex slaves. Some interesting concepts. Reminds me a bit of Tobe Hooper's Masters of Horror episode from season one, Dance of the Dead.

Just finished "Ex-Heroes" and enjoyed it. I'm reading "Breathers" now. Not sure if I'm really into it yet (just 50 pages in). Anyone else read it? Did you like it?

by many differant peaple but it suprised me it was a really good book with those different authors writeing about the same stuff but comeing from different angles. enjoy

Hay i just finish this book called the NewDead which was edited by Christopher Golden but it has 19 short stories written by by different peaple

I just finished Day by Day Armageddon by: J.L Bourne. Excellent zombie read I would highly recommend it.

I recently read a zombie book called Het Madden-A Zombie Prospective. excellent book, told from a zombie's point of view. couldn't put it down :)

Kim is the man Sunyak! Met him last summer and he was awesome. The sequel is great and the third will be out soonish. He is no Brian Keene, but still awesome. I also cannot stress how fucked up Bryan Smith is as well.

I have been reading the Repair Man Jack series and I think I am on book 14. They are great adventure books with a little horror mixed in. I haven't read any zombie books in a few months now. I am disappointed in myself.

I good friend just gave me a signed copy of Kim Pattenroth's Dying To Live. I really loved this book. Its much more then an exercise in splatter. It brings a very human feel to the whole thing which brings realism and has you pondering certain issues. Highly recommended. I cant wait to read the sequel and his book on Romero's Dead films, titled Gospel of the Dead, which I have heard a lot of good things about. Even from actors in the films. Gotta get that.
