A claymore mine would be nice. Even better if it is loaded with flechets! As for close quarter combat, swords are perfect but crowbars works just as well. You will need room to move about in when fighting zombies.

Remember, too long a sword will get in the way. So short swords [24"] blades will do the job, but crowbars pack a lot of weight and can crush your oponents skull to dog shit.

If you are in the open, then big long broad swords are your best friend. In close quarters, short swords AND crowbars are the Rat's Ass when killing zombies!

that does bite. especially since they did away with the waiting period when the NICS system was put in place. this guy is doing this to his customers because he can. its so messed up.

thats a good info find on the KRISS SUPER V there David. the sources i used at the time only talked about the full auto models and i just dont like a full auto anything. especially when we will be in a position where rounds will be hard to get hold of. now that i know they DO have a semi auto version, i feel good about giving this weapon my 100% endorsment. this weapon did impress me on all points even in full auto. so in semi auto, this design of operation should make this a real CQC tac driver.

if you have to go CQC (close quarters combat) with a zombie, i would not recomend a sword. sometimes you dont have enough room to swing a sword. i would recomend a good club (even a crowbar) or even better the kukri knife (one of my CQC weapons).

But you also have to worry about if the sword is poorly made and the handle breaks off...and ooops there goes your hands being cut open where the infection will find there when in your blood stream... :(

sword cuts well and is guaranteed kill weapon
Crowbar tears flesh, but does not guarantee death unless you aim to stab or tear into the heart or take the head off
