Entry 18 of a Z.A. Survivor

January  25, 2020 - Almost 2 weeks after the town was incinerated above with a  small experimental device, I have been given back the journal that I've been  writing in for some time.  This building below ground seems to be a highly  technologically modified fall out shelter.  There are 3 scientists that I know  of that are working down here, and several guards.  It seems that Adam and  myself were never expected to be in the area.  From what I've been explained we  were taken and brought down here mainly because we would have interfered with a  specific experimentation.  Adam is okay but in a different area, they held onto  the journal for a while to make sure if we had put anything of usefulness to  them; however, it was deemed unimportant.  Apparently they are a part of an  organization called Eden-Star, but I have not figured out their purpose or their  motive to why they would have completely emolished a city that I could see no  zombies in at all.
 
I've been treated well, and did pass  through the area where they were holding Adam.  I'm glad you are alive! After  the guards had taken me out of the elevator they removed everything that I had  with me. They are clockwork as to times of when we eat, or when we sleep.  The  food is clean and does not seem to be tampered with. For the most part I'm  curious to where they are getting all the fresh vegetables and fruit from, there  are some canned products that has been served too. I was cautious about eating  any of it for the first few days; however, after the 3rd day I was so hungry I  could not resist.
 
On the wall nearby there is a display  which seems to monitor our vitals at all time. The air is fresh and seems to be  purified as well as the water that I am given to drink with meals or during  certain times of day.  Once every day I am taken to a bathing area where I am  allowed to shower using a disinfectant soap and shampoo. I have asked to see  Adam a few times, but each time was explained that "we will put in the request  and will see what we can do." After several days of the same response but no  answer to my request I've been pretty discouraged. They say I will be allowed to  write in this journal again after information is verified and processed.  So I  will keep this to the point with the only details I have seen.

To  the scientists overseeing this journal - I want to see Adam and speak with him.  Please, I need to be with him even if it's just for an hour or two a day.  Please, we need each other...
