Zombie Wars - The Movie
That's right the folks all the way across the world in the home of bratwurst and beer zombies have once again begun to rise, but this time humanity has a hero to protect them. and that man's name is Joerg Sprave.
the master of the homemade zombie killer and Macgyver of rubber is now making an original zombie movie staring who else but the new germinator himself. if your a fan of his YouTube channel like i am then you know this is the guy you want next to you on z-day. over the years he has brought us many wonderfully ingenuous ways to dispatch the undead. he's almost as big a zombie nerd as we are. and he has weaponized everything from paper airplanes to toilet blushes. their is nothing this man cant make a deadly wepon out of. and now after such a long wait we finally get to see our favorite weapons really bash some rotter skulls. the film is still in the devloupment stage and they need our help or more to point our Deutsche Marks. filming even a low budget movie still takes cold had cash so they have already begun filming a trailer as part of a crowd funding campaign. if you can spare a few bucks for our old buddy joerg. the world needs more zombie films and we need this brick shit house of genus in them. i leave you with a video from his YouTube account about the movie. so remember to give generously or else he'll kill you from half way around the world with nothing more then a toil plunger, two rubber bands and a paper clip.

i just hope he does more then shoot fake zombies heads at point blank rang with home made slingshots. that Youtube video blowed monkey nuts! i was hoping for an actual demonstration of what those would do.

well the actual trailer will be out son this was just a behind the scenes thing. check out his channel he has videos of him testing all the weapons. and most of them look like melee kind to me.

i have. its just some of the tests he did are not that impressive to me and i just dont put as much faith in slingshots as he does. rubber just wears out to quickly for my taste.

he has a lot of none rubber or less rubber stuff too. and not everyone can afford a zgb level head analog.

oh get over it he has a lot of other cool shit. buzz saw launcher, machete launcher, a sling cannon that can take out a car is my favorite.

speed power distance accuracy it has it all and lets not forget its made out of stuff you can find in your bathroom. lol

Yeah, I can see all that you said. But he also edited it, so you don't know the re-load time. If re-load takes even 60 seconds, you'll have to move and run. And as long as it is, it could become cumbersome and you'll have to run.
If you're going to do the rubberband thing, why not just opt for an actual crossbow or just a plan recurve or compound bow. Same concept, but lighter and can be fired faster then the above rubberband sniper rifle.
No state can stop you from owning or purchasing a bow of any kind. Now i do know some states don't allow crossbows, but other then that, all other forms of bows can be owned by any one...Even in the state of New York, from what i understand from a friend of mine that lives there, anyone can own a recurve or compound bow.
Plus the reload time on a bow is a lot better...From what I saw in the video, the reload time is whats going to get you killed.
And at 21 yards, which is equal to be 20 meters, that aint that impressive. At least not to me. Even though it sounds like a lot, it aint that far. That's like running down my dad's driveway to the road and back.
I know you feel that you have found your solution to a problem to having some sort of firepower, but think about it this way my friend, if your accuracy is only up to 21.8 yards to be exact, with the above weapon, and your reload time takes you at least 60 seconds, a normal human can cover that in exactly 12 to 15 seconds. So if a normal human can cover that distance just by walking, a zombie moving in a shambling way will take at least 20 to 25 seconds. So if you break the science down and the math down, I'm sorry to say that it's not really that impressive. It tells me that the firing and reload time just isn't worth the time or money you would have to invest in making this weapon. Plus if you are being attacked by more then one zombie, you're pretty much screwed....
I know you are trying your hardest to find a substitute for a firearm. But remember, no matter what you find, that's cool as shit or looks bad ass, you have to weigh the pros and cons. Remember that reload and fire rate are major factors in which all types of firearms are graded on, besides other factors, but the major ones are fire and reload rates.
If I was you, I would check into buying a bow. They sell them all over the net. And their shipped in brown, unmarked boxes...Just remember, always question what you see in any video or movie...
I'm not saying it's a bad idea, just question what you see...

Been Awhile, BUt I'm still Alive
Greetings Everyone, Well it's been awhile. As things go, life carries us all in different directions from time to time but you always find your way home sooner or later. Well, life ain't all fun and games, but right now, things are going good. I have restarted my writing on my book again, and as I learn more about about some of the ROle-playing games I have gotten into, I am seriously thinking about rying to create an actual Zombie Survival Role-playing game.
