wow man that sucks im three months behind on mine and like you said i keep my service up. did you try contacting the collections department usually they'll work with you. but then again we've been with the same company for over 20 fucking years and it was the bitching of my mom that got cable installed in our town in the first place.

It was the stupidity of cable that made me go satilite tv. They threatened to shut my shit down over $5 short. So on that day I said fuck that and went to directv. Did have Dish Network. But when they dropped AMC. I dropped them for directv. But never regreted the move to a satilite dish over cable. I still owe the $5 but will die and burn in hell where I sit before cable will see it. Lol. But when ya can. Go directv bro. I LOVE them.

Well, I'm at work and decided to try and check in to see what I've missed...So far it took me 2 hours to go through email...(L) Well I'm hoping that by tonight I should be back up and running at full speed...

   I can't go direct because they have black balled me for life from using their services...(L) I had some friends that were dealing in bootleg satellite programming and I was letting them copy my card bin number and they used it to give people free satellite and when they got caught, I ended up in a court room for trying to defraud the Direct TV...I got off the charge because they had no proof that I supplied the guys with a valid and working bin...But I was black balled from ever being able to use their services...As for DishNetwork, my dad has them and they have way to many breakdowns in there satellite feeds...Not to mention their satellite internet SUCKS major balls...

   But I did find out that they turned my area over to another Charter office instead of leaving it alone...And this Charter office would rather shut you off over $0.25 cents then work with you...But since I do all my Charter business over the internet, that new office has tried to start major shit, but are failing big time....Their techs aint to bad, but the main office are being real assholes...Hell they sent a guy out last night to collect the now so-called over due price of $32.00 dollars...I told the guy to fuck off because no one is getting my money until I get it first...I'm not driving no 50 some goddamn miles to pay a bill with cash, cause that's all the office takes, when I can do it over the net for no payment fee...Yes the McKenzie office charges a $5.00 fee for paying your bill with cash...So they're upset with me right now because they don't get that $5.00 bucks or my money...

   Anyways, the remainder of $32.00 has been paid as of 10:15, so my services should be back on when I get home...If not I'll be raising hell with them later tonight...(L)

   Well I only have one more bill to pay and that's what I owe on rent for this month...A whole $43 bucks....Which i'll have paid in the morning...Which my landlord is pretty cool about letting me slide a few extra days...She don't want to lose that big $2400.00 dollar check she gets every February....(LOL) So she allows me a little more lea way on the rent...(LOL)

Just looked out my bill and went through it with a fine tooth comb...Come to find out these motherfuckers shut me the hell down over $1.36...A fucking dollar and thirty-six cents...Now how hard up would your company have to be to shut their customers off for a damn dollar and 36 cents...These mothersfuckers can kiss my ass...If I didn't have a wife and kids, I would leave the shit shut the fuck off and make them eat a fucking $1 and swallow the 36 cents...

   Well anyways, they are caught up and should leave me the fuck alone now...What fucking dicks...I swear if I had the money to back me, I'ld start my own cable company and run Charter out of fucking town...(LOL)

wow man that sucks ass my cable company's kinda a dick too but i got a guy their who helped me out a lot. sometimes its just about calling until you find the one decent human being. hey try doing this it worked to me call them up and act like your discussed with their servers, which from your posts should be easy. tell them your switching to satellite but before that you want to see if their is anything they can do to lower your bill first. i got sixty bucks worth of taxed on fees and rental junk taken off my bill every month. of course my grandfathers been with them since cable first came to my town. which only happened cause my mom bitched about it till it happened. that and we have pretty much the top package you can get. but hey its worth a try. when you call select the option to cancel your account. should have a whole department for that. tell them the story about getting shut down for a buck. should save you some money.

(LOL) Yeah, it would probably work with people who cared, but these new people who took over our area are total assholes. They think and believe that they own the damn company. But, now since we're caught up, they can kiss my ass. Hell, the main office that took over our area is like 50 miles away. And I found out that they're charging people $5.00 for taking cash payments...But no-one has complained or went to the better business people and turned them in...The people in their area are so damn stupid, they don't even realize they're being hustled...(LOL)

   (LOL) I may not be the sharpest knife in the drawer, but damn I ain't the dullest either...Even the town dumb fuck can see the fraud scam they're playing...(LOL)

   Anyways, should be good from now until next pay day...(LOL) Who knows, they'll probably transfer the entire area to another division because of the bullshit that this one is trying to pull...(LOL)

Everything was find and dandy till they decided to switch the office from Paris, TN to McKenzie, TN...McKenzie is nothing more then a town full of druggies, alcoholics, wife-beaters and in my book the scum of the earth...So they play hardball over there with that group of people to get them to pay their bill...

   But, treating those that haven't missed a payment or have paid their bill on time like one of their everyday junkies is bullshit...But it's ok...They really hate me right now...Because they sent another guy out last night after I got home from work to collect this $35 dollar late fee, plus the $1.36 left over from the old bill...He knocked on the door, I answered...He told me who he was and why he was there...He didn't like the fact that I had already took care of the matter over the net...Tried to tell me I had to pay my bill at the McKenzie office and that there'll be no more free rides for people who can't keep their bills paid...

   That's when I fucking snapped...Lets just say I damn near went to jail last night when the cops were called and over half of the damn police force showed up...(L) I went off on this guy and told him as long as I'm able to pay my bill directly to Charter, the McKenzie office can kiss my ass...I'll pay my bill when and where I fucking wanted too and if they didn't like it, they could start knocking off the $50.00 in gas it would take a fucking month to drive to their run-down, busted ass building...

   Well, need less to say, he put his finger in my face and started poking me in the chest. Now I'm only 5'8"/ 5' 9" with my boots on, this guy looked to be around 6 maybe 6' 2" , looked like a guppie facing down an damn great white...(LOL) Anyways, when he started poking in my chest, I started walking forward and watched as this guy took a step back with each step I took forward...When he pushed me, luckily there were some people outside in the hallway to see what happened, I clocked him with a hay maker from out of nowhere and that motherfucker went down...I had to do a little bit of a hop to make sure my fist landed against the side of his face...

   Well, needless to say the cops were called and I ended up in handcuffs because I was the one on top...(LOL) Once everyone around told what had happen and I told them my side, they let me go and sited the Charter guy for trespassing...So after I got back into the house and had time to calm down, I called Charter...Talked to one of the higher ups and told them what had happen...All I could remember him saying was they would look into it...This morning before I went to work I went and got a copy of the incident report and faxed it to the head people at Charter...

   So I should get a call later today about what solution they came up with for the problem last...Myself, I want the motherfucker fired, Not transferred, F-I-I-R-R-E-E-D-D!!!!! And if they tell me they are going to take care of the problem internally, I'm going to drive the 63 miles, with the police report and several of witnesses straight to WBBJ's News Center and push the subject...

   It's a bunch of bullshit of one person and one part of a large company that isn't being monitored and is slipping through the cracks and has now become to big for there size 2 pants...So this will either get the Charter corporation looking into their smaller branches a little more or Charter will lose over 15,000 customers.....

   I like cable, think they charge a little to much for their services, but I like the speed of the net and not having to deal with an ever changing price on my phone...I have all three, phone, TV and internet...I like the services, but I don't like when they switch or combine areas to create a single office within a 100 mile radius...Specially without notice...Hell I have no complaints about the services, just the fucking assholes that work for them...(L)
