i would not call the poor guy an idiot per say. it was an accident. tragic but still an accident. it scared the guy doing the hunting as much as it did Rick & Shane. i kinda felt sorry for the poor slob. all he wanted to do was feed the family and shot an innocent by accident. the boy was short enough to be hidden by the size of the deer. part of that was also on Rick & Shane's heads to. they should never let him go that far away from them. its for reasons like that i feel only juveniles 16 or older should even be in the woods.

i agree with you i felt kinda bad to he really didnt mean it and now him and shane going out of there way to get the equipment they need for the kid ..i cant wait till next week ..i think we enjoy it so much this season is gonna go by to fast

this episode was a real nut buster! i didnt think much of Shane as it was. but this episode totally proved me right on it.  ti was a fucked up deal Shane shooting that guy just to save his own ass! if they worked together. they could have both made it! Shane is a TOTAL asshole!!!
