i bite my nails too, but i have a nervous habit of picking my cuticles which looks terrible....and seriously the only way for me to not do it is to get my nails done

Biting the lip is more than likely a nervous habit but the legs thing is more of a comfort thing I'll bet (mentally comforting if not physical)

Yup, cuz Kom Sunyak does it too and he can't fall asleep unless using the leg to rock himself (it actually helps me fall asleep too now)

I pick the nails that grow from underneath my tips. When I take off my tips I bite my nails until my cuticles are raw and the hangnails are killing me.
