Not safe, only safer

I already have my place sussed out. Within running distance of everywhere I spend time, is away from the town, by a river and underground. Urban exploration does pay off. :D

   For me, the safest place will be on the move. Only stopping to tend to the wounded, scavenge supplies and to get some sleep. But for me, being on the move will be the safest. Here's the kicker, being on the move would be safer, but after awhile you would want some kind of Reminiscence of your life before hand. So after awhile on the road you would find a place and make it as safe as you can make it. So really no where would safe or safer, because the longing for home or calling a place home would become a strong mental struggle that would strongly play hell with your body, your emotions and your grip on reality. And this will happen to every one. The longing for normalcy and a life without running from stenches. 

   So sooner or later we will all succumb to the natural instinct of homesteading just to try and get back to what we remember before the Z-poc.
