Nope. In "I've Been Deader" the undead children are called "runners.". They are highly sought after.

would you rather have say, half the worlds population as fast "rage" zombies, or 3/4 of the world as slow shamblers?

to me, it would make sense that at first they would start out fast. at the most rigor would have set it and then broke out due to the movement. then as time went on became shamblers due to the decomposing process.

Come on people i rather NO ZOMBIES but if i had to choose it would be slow ones so we have a fighting chance. Those fast ones are like Olympic Runners and we are the Gold Metal!

Malice. we need zombies now more then ever. this world needs a MAJOR enema and fast. and the zombies would be the best one as of yet. second best is a nuke war. given the choice. i would rather have zombies.

I don't need no zombies ruining my day! Come on Komrad Rhino do you want them to come now? Then your wife won't be able to travel to the USA and you will not be able to see her.
