Hell in a Cell was a professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) for their Raw and SmackDown brand divisions. It took place on October 3, 2010, at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas. It was the second annual Hell in a Cell event.

Six matches were contested at the event. In the main event, Kane retained the World Heavyweight Championship against The Undertaker in a Hell in a Cell match. Other matches included Randy Orton retaining the WWE Championship against Sheamus in a Hell in a Cell match, Daniel Bryan retained the United States Championship against The Miz and John Morrison in a Triple Threat Submissions Count Anywhere Match, Wade Barrett defeated John Cena, and Edge defeated Jack Swagger.
